Spiral, the Cosmic Native podcast mark

People have gathered to make sense of the world for longer than anyone can trace.

The questions have changed very little. The conversation never really ended.

Why We Gather

Some conversations change the way you see the world.

Information has never been easier to find. Some questions don't move even when the answers do.

A good question can sit with someone for years, unresolved and still worth asking.

Every episode begins with a question worth living into.

Meet Your Host

Alara

She didn't set out to build a podcast. She kept ending up in conversations that felt too important to only have once, so she started recording them.

The questions that pull her back rarely have tidy answers.

Cosmic Native
The Questions

The questions we keep returning to.

Belonging

What does it mean to truly belong: to yourself, to each other, to the Earth?

The Body

What is your body trying to tell you before your mind has words for it?

Nature

What can the living world still teach us, if we slow down enough to listen?

Consciousness

What are you sensing that you haven't yet put words to?

Community

What does it look like to truly show up for the people beside you?

The Future We're Creating

What kind of world are we building with the choices we make when no one's watching?

"Sometimes the body speaks the truth before the mind is ready to name it."
Where This Started

Still Taking Shape

These conversations were happening anyway, in kitchens and on trailheads and over long phone calls that ran past midnight. Recording them came later, and only because they seemed worth keeping.

The show is still finding its form. Episodes will appear here as they are ready.
